The processing of Certified Documents Requests has resumed.  The process and fee structure for these requests have changed.  Please read the instructions for Certified Documents requests completely before submitting a new request.  Due to COVID-19, in cases where records are unavailable, we will not be able to process the request, a refund will be issued and the request will be closed.

COVID-19 has also impacted FOIA and Privacy Act request processing.  These requests will continue to be processed to the fullest extent possible.  The specialist(s) will provide updates regarding any pending request statuses.
