Due to COVID-19, in cases where records are unavailable, we will not be able to respond to certain certified document requests, a refund will be issued and the request will be closed.

COVID-19 has also impacted FOIA and Privacy Act request processing.  These requests will continue to be processed to the fullest extent possible.  The specialist(s) will provide updates regarding any pending request statuses.
